There is a lot of literature about what health is and how to be healthy. A whole industry has been formed from wellness books about how to achieve this higher level of living. When you break them down and simplify most of these "new" plans they all fall back to the 5 factors of a healthy life. We need to have balance between these 5 core ideas to get closer to that healthy lifestyle. The five factors are proper exercise, sleep, nutrition, a positive mental attitude, and a properly functioning nervous system to coordinate these good things that you're giving your body. Like the spokes of a wheel, if you're missing one of these core ideas, then your wheel wont properly turn.
